Morning weight: 153.8 lbs.
Yes, I took the weight four times, and three out of four was the weight I had transcribed above. The other weight was about two lbs. over. I dunno what to say about that. Anyway, from now on, I will not be reporting my weight everyday. It will hopefully be a weekly thing.
No new Medifast meals were tried today so no official reviews. All I have to report is that I didn't cheat and that my Lean and Green meal was a salad and grilled chicken from Worth It Cafe in Durham.
