Work Gets in the Way

The Medifast program prefers that we eat every two to three hours so that our body doesn't go on some sort of fat-saving mode, thinking that it has to save fat to prepare for a long winter.  At least, that's my layman's interpretation of it.  Sadly, I think work gets in the way a lot of times when it comes to time-regimented eating habits. I wonder what this week will bring?
